Dances of Universal Peace, Sufi practices & mantras Easter Weekend Aberangell Village Hall 19/04/2019 See Details £80 Shamsia Sandra Sunfire: 01650 511513 sandrasunfire@aol.com dupderwenlas.org.uk 3 sisters from 3 countries: SANDRA SHAMSIA (Wales), SILJE DEVI (Estonia), YELENA SWARANA (Latvia)

Join us for a taste of the Baltic countries here in Wales. As sisters we have joined Dancing hearts many times at the Latvian Dancing Heart Camps and we have a rare opportunity to bring some of that tender sweetness of knowing One Heart, One Love beyond differences here together in the UK. Silje Devi has visited before many years ago, Leading Dances of Universal Peace at Peace Through the Arts Camp & Yelena Swarana has been to Sacred Arts Camp and also Danced with us here in Wales.

Silje Devi (Estonia) - DUP, Sufi practices

Our Beloved Friend Silje Devi has been leading Dances of Universal Peace since 1998. As well as leading in her homeland of Estonia, she has led DUP and Sufi events in Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and also here in the UK (Peace Through the Arts Camp). She has been co-organizer of the Dance camps and Sufi retreats in Estonia over the last 19 years. Murshid Saadi is her inspiring Sufi guide, but she has learnt a lot from many other great teachers, including Murshid Saul Barodofsky from Dervish Healing Order. Silje Devi likes to share the joy, peace, harmony and feeling of Unity through the Dances and Sufi practices. We are all melting into wonderful zikrs through all the years of the Dancing Heart Camp (Latvia).

Yelena Swarana (Latvia) - DUP, mantras

Yelena was the organizer of the Dancing Heart camps since 2009. She has been leading the Dances of Universal Peace since 2010. Her passion is travelling, exploring new cultures and sharing the essence of it with others. Since her first journey to India she has totally fallen in love with its authentic land and people and the sacred mountain Arunachala-Shiva. For the last 5 years Yelena spends half of the year in India, and half a year in Europe. Through mantras and dances Yelena is sharing the never ending joy and sweetness of the heart.

Shamsia Sandra Sunfire - DUP, womens circles

has been living and Dancing in Mid-Wales for 24 years. Her local circle at Derwenlas in Wales has been Dancing Dances of Universal Peace for around 28 years now and continues to welcome new Dancers as well as those with more experience and visitors who are in this beautiful part of the world. Shamsia has been part of the Sacred Arts Camp teaching team as well as part of the team at the Latvian Dancing Heart Camp. She has completed a training with Neil Douglas Klotz on the Interspiritual Leadership Training being particularly drawn to his work. Shamsia finds the process of retreat very valuable and enjoys sharing that process with others. Shamsia mentors others in leading Dances of Universal Peace and would love to see more people leading and Dancing in Wales.
